Channary sees couples, and she sees adults on their own. Many couples she sees live an hour or more from the nearest office.
She leads the group for parents of teenagers on Wednesday evenings. Couples sessions with her last 80 minutes, by video, so both of you can join from home, even from two rooms.

What a session with Channary is like
With couples, Channary starts by hearing each of you in turn, and she keeps the time even. She does not take sides, and she tells you at the start how she will handle it if a conversation gets heated.
If one of you is away for work, the other can join from home, or you can each join from a different place. She asks only that you are each in Maine or New Hampshire during the session and somewhere private.
